PONY WALL 60 PW60 | PONYWALL-PW60

ClarkDietrich's 60 in. Pony Wall, 12 ga. is manufactured with a Structural Grade 50 steel stud member and a hot-rolled ASTM A36 steel base plate, combining material strength with a purpose-built welded connection. The assembly is designed to fit inside a track or attach directly to the floor structure, with anchoring determined by the project engineer. Compatible with minimum 3-1/2 in. stud members, this pony wall support helps contractors build secure partial-height walls in applications where upper-track restraint is unavailable. Its powder-coated finish adds a protective surface, while manufacturer load tables and installation guidance help professionals select appropriate anchorage for project-specific structural demands.

• The 12-gauge steel stud member features a 0.1017 in. design thickness and 50 ksi minimum yield strength for structural framing applications
• A welded 1/2 in. thick ASTM A36 hot-rolled steel base plate transfers wall loads to the supporting floor structure
• The 59-3/4 in. tall support is designed for cantilevered partial-height walls that lack upper-track support
• An Envirocron® powder-coated finish provides a protective surface for the steel assembly
• Installation accommodates compatible steel framing tracks and minimum 3-1/2 in. stud members, with floor anchorage selected according to engineered project requirements
