2-1/2 in. x 4 ft. x 4 ft. SuperPex Hydronic Floor Panel | SUP-EPS30-SUPER-2.5

SuperForm's SuperPex Hydronic Floor Panel is engineered to maximize heating efficiency while reducing install time on the jobsite. The 1 in. tall puck layout allows for multiple tubing configurations and keeps the PEX tubing secured during walking, placement, or concrete pouring. Panels are available in additional thicknesses and higher densities for demanding builds requiring greater R-values and compressive strength. Whether used under garages, basements, or open-plan floor heating systems, SuperPex panels streamline radiant floor construction with a balance of insulation performance, mechanical strength, and fast integration with standard hydronic system components.

• A hydronic floor panel made of high-density expanded polystyrene for insulating residential and commercial buildings
• Unique mushroom-shaped pucks that lock the PEX tubing firmly in place
• Puck height: 2-1/2 in.
• The panel uses mushroom-shaped pucks to hold PEX tubing firmly in place without clips or staples
• Interlocking shiplap edges keep panels aligned and reduce thermal bridging across the floor
